O'Connell of Providence, Jeffrey M. O'Connell (Sheila) of Providence, Karen L. Lyons (Peter) of Barrington and Jason M. O'Connell (Elizabeth) of Needham, MA; and her siblings, Muriel Thompson of Riverside, Carol Gemme of Warwick and John Thibert of Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
