She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Murphy and Margaret Murphy (Maguire); her brother James Murphy; and her son-in-law Peter A. Cummings. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Cahill; her children, Margaret R. Cummings of Barrington, Robert W. Cahill Jr. (Lori) of Cumberland and Ann E. Cedergren (Paul) of Warren; and her brother John A. Murphy Jr. MD of Narragansett. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
