He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine "Kay" Abrams (Simon); his parents, George Abrams Sr. and Julia Abrams (Shaheen); his sons, Paul Abrams and Stephen Abrams; and his siblings, Joseph (Edward Abrams), Gloria Borek and Norman (John Gallop).
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Abrams, George Abrams and Karen Greene (Stephen); his grandchildren, Deona, Tiffany, Patrick, Michael, Elizabeth and Stephen; his great grandchildren, Kyia, Ryleigh, Keigan, Avery, Mason, Patrick, Eleanor, Catherine, Tessa, Vann and Sullivan; and his sister Helen Lester.
