With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George S. Champlin of Barrington, Rhode Island, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 21, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Champlin and Janet Champlin (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Champlin (Clapp); his son John A. Champlin; his stepchildren, JoAnne D. Albertini and Richard P. Searle; his granddaughters, Elise and Emma Albertini; and his siblings, Robert Champlin and Sally Herbst.
