It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George A. Vastis of Barrington, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew George Vastis and Vasiliki Vastis (Maheras); his brothers-in-law, George Vergakis and Sotiris Papadopoulos; his godson Theodore Anagnos; and his close friend Nick Poulopoulos.
He is survived by: his wife Panagiota Vastis (Vergakis); and his siblings-in-law, Panagioti Vergakis (Lisa), Matina Papadopoulos and Ann Vergakis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, relatives, and friends.
