He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Rose Perna (Zompa). He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Perna (Tartaglione); his son Phillip J. Perna (Cheryl Raposo) of Henderson, NV; his grandchildren, Jeremy Joseph and Julianne Rose Perna of Henderson, NV; his siblings, Cindy Toolin of Barrington, RI and Michael Perna (Marcia) of Dedham, MA; and his aunt Lucy. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
