He was predeceased by: his wife Ann D. Fischer (Bracken); and his parents, Joseph Fischer and Monica Fischer (Schulkosske). He is survived by: his children, William J. Fischer of Barrington and Susan A. Fischer of Johnston; his daughters-in-law, Kayleigh M. Fischer and Lori A. Jackson Fischer; and his grandchildren, Julia A. Gabarra, Benjamin B. Fischer and Madison B. Fischer.
