He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O. Otis Jr. and Charlotte Otis (Hilton); and his brother James H. Otis. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Otis (Jaques); his children, Lee Levesque of Swansea, MA, Joanne Warren of Ossipee, NH and Edward "Ted" Otis IV of Homer, AK; and his sister Joan Otis Peterson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a niece and two nephews.
