She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Cashman; her parents, Wallace Edwards and Margaret Edwards (Van Beurden); and her sister Joan Abess. She is survived by: her son John R. Cashman Jr. (Karen) of Warwick; her grandchildren, Corin Young, Erin Swanson and Kaitlyn Cashman; her great grandchildren, Briella Fitzpatrick and Lily Swanson; and her stepgreat-grandson Jack Young.
