Catherine E. Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine E. Phelps of Barrington, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Aloysius Burkart and Mary E. Burkart (Smith); her husband Ross B. Phelps, Jr.; and her children, Thomas B. Phelps (Laura), Suzanne E. Smith (Graheme Williams) of Bellport, N. Y., Mary C. Phelps (Randall Taussig) of Sarasota, Fla, Paul A. Phelps (Lyla) and Richard J. Phelps (Sally). She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
