He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sebring and Claribel Sebring; his wife Mary Catherine; his brothers, W. Cole and J. Clarence Sebring; and his nephew John "Jack" Cole Sebring.

He is survived by: his children, Burr Peter Sebring (Mellissa Brightman) of Bristol, RI and Catherine Anne Glazzard of Barrington, RI.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Sebring, Chase Glazzard and Cole Glazzard.
