He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Arico and Mary Arico (Chellel); and his brother Vincent A. Arico. He is survived by: his wife Joan Arico (Tedeschi); his children, Janice Rosa (William Rosa Esq), Laureen Lewis (Joseph A. Lewis Jr.) and Anthony P. Arico; his grandchildren, Joseph A. Lewis III (Joanna), John J. Lewis (Marea Carangelo) and Jessie Elliott; his great grandchildren, Luke, Sammy Lewis and Lawson Fitzsimmons; and his brother Daniel J. Arico (Meredith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of Saints Peter & Paul (30 Fenner St, Providence, RI 02903).
