He is survived by: his wife Joan Arico (Tedeschi); his children, Janice Rosa (William Rosa Esq), Laureen Lewis (Joseph A. Lewis Jr.) and Anthony P. Arico; his grandchildren, Joseph A. Lewis III (Joanna), John J. Lewis (Marea Carangelo) and Jessie Elliott; his great grandchildren, Luke, Sammy Lewis and Lawson Fitzsimmons; and his brother Daniel J. Arico (Meredith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and great nephews.
