He is survived by: his wife Anne Mills (Del Santo); his children, Walter Mills IV (Rebekah) and Dawn (Rob); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Isaac, Julius and Emily; and his stepgrandchild Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
