She was predeceased by: her husband Harold M. Lewis; and her parents, Charles Hayes and Elizabeth M. Hayes (Deveau). She is survived by: her children, Roger M. Lewis of Pawcatuck, Richard A. Lewis of Georgia, Mary E. Bennett of Norwich, CT and Sandra L. Lewis of Ashaway. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
