It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ian Dexter Chase of Ashaway, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wheaton Chase and Ruth Alice Chase (Talcott); and his former wife Jean Chase (Gould) of Westerly, RI. He is survived by: his wife Judith (Hindle); his siblings, James Chase, Roxanne Chase and Melissa Pearson; his children, Dylan Chase, Destry Csizmesia, Jessica Smith, Benjamin Chase, David Cornell and Michael Cornell; and his pet Hamilton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
