We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2025, at the age of 97, Brenda Laing of Ashaway, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Brenda's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Brenda has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Corlett and Arthur Corlett; her husband Stanley D. Laing; and her daughter Susan Laing. She is survived by: her children, Carey Anderson, Richard Laing and Heidi Laing; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Mallett (Stephen Mallett). She is also survived by son-in-law, her 4 grandchildren and her 6 great grandchildren.
