He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Kylie O'Keefe of Ashaway, Shanna Hartman, Katie Hartman of Hagerstown, MD and Mikayla Mason of Westerly; his grandparents, Robert O'Keefe of Westerly and Rose Kirshner of Hagerstown, MD; and his foster parents, Ella Tefft and Terry Mason. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and so very many friends.
