He is survived by: his significant other Jeanne Lasko Crowley; his close friend Jeanne; his daughter LeeAnn Elkins of Florida; his stepdaughter Danielle Lasko of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Lilye Lasko of Cumberland, Jaxon of Florida, Ezekiel of Florida and Rubie of Florida; his siblings, Lori MacDonald (Andrew) of North Kingstown and Robin Bates of North Kingstown; and his brother-in-law Rick Hayden of Cumberland.
