He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lowell and Blanche Lowell (Doucet); and his siblings, Evelyn Sala, Henry Lowell and Leo Lowell.
He is survived by: his friend Albert Mailhotte of Albion; his son Jeffrey Lowell of Mississippi; and his siblings, Claire Mercier of Cumberland, Helen Pierce of Warwick, Anita Woodruff of Gloucester, Mass., Dianne Hopkins of Warwick and Wayne Lowell of Smithfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bellows Funeral Chapel (160 River Rd, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Aidan Church (1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Highland Memorial Park (1 Rhode Island Ave, Johnston, RI 02919).
