He is survived by: his friend Albert Mailhotte of Albion; his son Jeffrey Lowell of Mississippi; and his siblings, Claire Mercier of Cumberland, Helen Pierce of Warwick, Anita Woodruff of Gloucester, Mass., Dianne Hopkins of Warwick and Wayne Lowell of Smithfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
