He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm L. Heckman and Anna Hazel May; and his brother Malcolm Heckman. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Heckman; his children, Jennifer Kloss (Alfred), Matthew Heckman (Nicole) and Stephen Heckman (Caitlin); and his grandchildren, Alfred, Andrew, Thomas, Kristina, Daniel, Claire and Ada.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home (225 Elm St, Emmaus, PA 18049). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (2735 Walbert Ave, Allentown, PA 18104).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice, continuing his legacy of service and compassion.
