He was predeceased by: his parents, Revere J. Hoffman and Frances M. Hoffman (Heist); and his nephews, Jon D. Lamb Jr. and Jeremy Long. He is survived by: his siblings, Joel F. Hoffman (Kathy), Dr. Kriss A. Hoffman (Nancy Boerema) of Lincoln City and Jill E. Fitch (Raymond) of Barto; his aunt Barbara Heist of Zionsville; his nephew Lt. Colonel Kevin J. Hoffman; his niece Andrea Silvestri (Steve); his cousin Charmaine Krauss (Jim); and also, Krissna of Blackstone, VA. and Joshua Lamb of Johnstown.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hosensack Evangelical Congregational Church (7609 Buhman Rd, Zionsville, PA 18092). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hosensack Evangelical Congregational Church (7663 Buhman Rd, Zionsville, PA 18092). A reception was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hosensack Evangelical Congregational Church (7609 Buhman Rd, Zionsville, PA 18092).
