It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma K. Balko of Zion Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emma K. Balko to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Fellin and Emma Fellin; her husbands, Edward Palubinsky and Emil Balko; and her siblings, Matilda Fellin, Joseph Fellin, David Fellin (Sheppton Mine Disaster) and Della Skurka.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Palubinsky, Mary Ellen Palubinsky, Carol Ann Zielinski and Geraldine Serenshock; and her grandchildren, Lee Ann White, Stephen Palubinsky and Christina Galbiati. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
