Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Simpson (Foulke); his siblings, Ronald Simpson, Eugene Rudolph, Carol Steelman and Thomas Rudolph; and his son-in-law John Fineran.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah Fineran of Zieglerville, PA, Glenn Simpson of Zieglerville, PA and Drew Simpson (Tori) of Collegeville, PA; his sister Lynne Snyder of Allentown, PA.; his grandchildren, Jaime, Jenette, Ryan, Rodger, Warren, Alexis and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Keira, Riley, Laila, Leonidas, Thallon, Tobias and Jacob.
