She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald G. Wadsworth; her parents, Gerald Daly and Beatrice Daly (Anderson); and her brother Gerald Daly. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Gary G. Wadsworth (Barbara) of Scott Twp and Linda Cuesta (Jeffery) of Douglassville; her grandchildren, Dr. Kurtis Wadsworth (Luisanna), Dr. Philip Wadsworth (Abby), Cassandra, Hillary and Alyssa Cuesta; and her great grandchildren, Hannah and James Wadsworth.
