He was predeceased by: his wife Betty D. Richard (Reitz); his parents, Amandus Richard and Katie Richard (Keyser); and his siblings, Herbert Richard and Marie Richard.
He is survived by: his children, David Richard (late Patricia), Yvonne Buck (David) and Kathleen Young (Stuart); and his sisters, Jean Rushong (Leroy) and Fern Richard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great granddaughters.
