He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Knass and Mary Hvizdos Knass. He is survived by: his wife Marie Ellen Post Knass; his children, William J. Knass (Joyce), Lori Marie Zukowski and Lisa Ellen Lamm (Eric); his grandchildren, Brittney Tompkins (Jeff), Kristen Knass, Tyler Knass, Haley Knass, Nicole Zukowski, Megan Zukowski, Ian Zukowski, Sophia Lamm, Maxwell Lamm, Talia Lamm and Chase Lamm; and his great grandchild Adalee Tompkins.
