He was predeceased by: his parent Burt F. Salsbury. He is survived by: his parent Lillian B. Salsbury (Shreve); his children, David Keith Salsbury (Marcia) of Harmony, PA, Anne H. Hayes (Dan) of Sterling, VA. and Allison Salsbury Moore (Chris); his grandchildren, Zane Salsbury, Ellie Moore, Alexandra Hayes and Charlotte Hayes; and his pet Mittens.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Warren's honor to the Passavant Benevolent Fund/ LAS Foundation, 105 Burgess Dr., Zelienople, PA 16063.
