She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva McKinley Sutton and Helen Jane Sutton (Davison); her husband Thomas V. Taylor; her daughter Lois Jane Farrell; her grandson Stephen; her siblings, Jane Lieb and Thomas Sutton; and her daughter-in-law Carol Lynn Hembury Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Jenny L. Perschke (Thomas), Douglas Alva Taylor, Timothy Vernon Taylor (Kimberly Sullivan Taylor) and Tammy Sue Bullis (James); and her brother Bruce Sutton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
