He is survived by: his wife Annabelle McMurdo Eichler; his sons, David and Todd Hoover; his stepsons, Keith and Lewis Eichler; and his siblings, Mike Hoover (Vivian), Rick Hoover (Dianne), Marty Hoover (Karen) and Lori Hoover Farris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
