She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Paugh and Sunday D'Amico Paugh; and her husband James L. "Seamus" O'Neill. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla A. O'Neill of Butler and Peggy Higby (Aaron) of Sherwood, OR; and her grandsons, Sean and Liam Higby.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Ann's memory to the Harmony Emergency Medical Services, 102 Mennonite Ln., Harmony, PA 16037 or the Zelienople Police Department, 111 W. New Castle St., Zelienople, PA 16063.
