He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Huggins. He is survived by: his parent Edna Williams Huggins; his wife Janet E. Arnold Huggins; his sons, Keith Huggins (Stephanie) of Butler and Dale Huggins (Lisa) of Wexford; and his siblings, Faye Huggins (Betty) of Calgary, Linda Rowlands of Pompano Beach, Elva, Martin of New Jersey and Stanley Huggins (Faith) of Gibsonia.
