We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 80, Joyce Ann McMillan of Zelienople, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Reitlinger and Alice E. Kohler Reitlinger; and her husband William C. McMillan, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sue Carothers (Shawn), Robert McMillan and Douglas McMillan (Tracy); her grandchildren, Matt, Maggie, Mason, Angela, Aaron, Ashton and Audrene; her great grandchildren, Paxton, Gavin, Dalton and Kinsley; and her brothers, Denny Reitlinger (Kathy) and Ron Reitlinger (Mercy).
