McMillin, Jr. (Jack) of Zelienople and Beth Miles of Laurel, Delaware.; his sister Rebecca McMillin of Wilmington, Delaware; his aunts, Deborah McMillin of Sarasota, Florida and Paula McMillin McCracken; his uncle Robert McCracken of Sarasota; his grandparents, Carol and Daniel Schreffler of Seaford, Delaware; and his aunts and uncles, Danni Schreffler, Rori Lee of Charlottesville, Virginia, Katie, Eric Hiller, Lys and Robert Busch of Alexandria, VA..

In lieu of flowers, donations in John's name may be made to LifePointe Alliance Church, 997 PA-228, Mars, PA 16046. Because our pets give us unconditional love and enrich our lives, donations may also be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053.
