It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene C. Morar of Zelienople, Pennsylvania, born in Ellport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chima and Sarah Chima; her husband Wesley J. Morar; her son-in-law John Shaffer; and her sisters, Valeria Dukelow and Mary Greenwood.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Shaffer and James Morar (Patricia Roncevich); her grandchildren, John Shaffer (Jennifer), Mark Shaffer, Lily Morar and Casey Morar; her great grandchildren, John and Joseph Shaffer; and her sisters, Helen Grant, Eleanor Irwin (Vaughn), Ruth Risinger (Robert) and Sarah Tomb (Thomas). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to B. J. Jones Memorial Library in Aliquippa, or a charity of one's choice.
