She is survived by: her husband John Sloat; her children, Linda Burig (Ron), Laurie Silverstein (Mitch) and David Sloat (Amy); her grandchildren, Melissa Burig Dimond (Ryan), Amanda Burig Smith (Grant), Robert J. Burig (Erin), Alex Silverstein, Rachael Silverstein Silverbauer (Josh), Madison Sloat, Dylan Sloat and Grace Sloat; her great grandchildren, Jack Dimond, Emily Dimond of Brayden Smith, R. J. and Mackenzie Burig; and her sister Ruth Burdick Stackhouse.
