He is survived by: his children, Richard Samuel Offutt (Karen) of Slippery Rock, Susan Lorraine Sanata (Lawrence) of Delaware, Robyn Lynn Keefer (William), Jordan Nathaniel Offutt, Nathan Maxwell Offutt of Pittsburgh, Michael Lawrence Sanata of Delaware and William Stephen Keefer IV; his wife Linda of New Castle; and his granddaughter Allison Lynn Keefer of Ross Township. He is also survived by his parents; his wife.
