He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Martha Wach Decker; his children, Melinda Lockard (Art) of Kittanning, Terry Cochran (Kathleen) of Harmony, Steven Priester (Michelle) of Blawnox, Denise Herbie (Randy) of Fombell, Raymond Priester of Harmony, Jennifer Decker of Clarion and Edward Decker of Butler; and his significant other Jennifer Nelson of Valencia. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
