It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Louise Duncan of Zelienople, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Walters and Bertha L. Walters (Eppinger); and her siblings, Janet Dean and Larry Walters. She is survived by: her husband Duane G. Duncan; and her nieces and nephews, Trinda Booher (Matt Harlan), Cathy Sodersten (Mark), Jodi Ketterer (Rick Nail), Brian Walters (Michelle), Pam Nasr (Isam), Chrissy Leidy (Ben), Kirk Whitmer (Kerstin), Janell Amodio (Ignazio), Sarah Scyster (Shawn), Emily Paladin (Larry) and Rachel Gabler (Rick).
