He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dean Shaffer and Mildred (Reutter) of Tipton, PA.; and his brother Paul Bruce of San Diego, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Christian (Tracy) of Ambridge; his stepdaughter Deborah Sammons (Joseph) of Port St; his nephew Mathew; and his nieces, Rachel and Michelle.
