Segafredo-Cleek (Heath) of Freedom and DeWayne M. Segafredo (Lorraine Davis) of Zelienople; her grandchildren, Jonuathan Segafredo-Cleek (Haley Antoniotti), Heather Segafredo-Cleek and Tate Segafredo; her sister Cynthia Riggins; and her aunt Shirley Hausman of Illinois.
