She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Henshaw; her siblings, Theda Taylor, Clara Marburger, Thomas Henshaw and Daniel Henshaw; and her granddaughter Jacquelyn Hart Morris.

She is survived by: her parent Blanche Nesbitt Henshaw; her spouse Edward L. Hart; her children, Jo Beth Kuipers (Ken) of Hamburg, PA, Ronald Hart (Georgia) of Warner Robins, GA and Randall Hart (Cindy) of Zelienople; her grandchildren, Amy Kuipers (Melissa Mattson), Chad Kuipers (Doug Beard), Jonathan Hart (Erin), Justin Hart (Nikki Mattern), Heather Hart and Jennifer Collins (Brad); her grandson-in-law Lou Morris (Aleia); her great grandchildren, Colin, Myles, Tahlia Morris, Benton Mattson, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hart and Theodore "Theo" Hart; and her close friend Tracy Hoogerbrugge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
