He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Hayden and Agnes Hayden (Logan). He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Coleman (Mel) and Amy H. Medved (Steve); his grandchildren, Chad Medved (Erica), Abbey Medved, Conor Coleman and Jillian Coleman; and his siblings, John T. Hayden, Sr. and Joann Miller (Thomas). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department Truck Co. No. 2, or Bridges Hospice.
