He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kujawa and Mary Bohatch. He is survived by: his children, Erica Kujawa of Greensburg, Amy Lotz of Brandon, FL and Robert Kujawa II of Irwin; his sister Elizabeth Pranzik (John) of Greensburg; and his former wife Phyllis Kaufman of Irwin. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
