She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Campbell; her daughters, Janice Hawk of Youngwood, Jayne Campbell of Youngwood and Joy Warrington (Jay Mash) of Youngwood; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Dray and Dylan; her nephew Michael Pacelli (Deborah) of Greensburg; her great-nephews, Connor and Jack; her siblings-in-law, Becky Blank of Greensburg and Dennis Blank of Greensburg; her close friends, Kay Sofranko and Carole Crouse; and her pet Lily.
