He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Kundrick and Anna C. Kundrick (Macey). He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Kundrick (Saxton); his daughters, Beth Marquis (Ed Kosar), Becky Ross (David) and Lindy Smitley (Mark); his granddaughters, Mia, Cara Ross, Allie and Alexis Smitley; his brother Donald Kundrick (Peggy); his nephews, Don and Scott Kundrick; and his aunt Virginia Macey.
