Pleasant and David Darulla, Jr. (Katie) of Scottdale; the mother of his children Ruth Thomas; his fiancée Evelyn Nice of Youngwood; his grandchildren, Jason Welch, Jr. and Ryan Fetter; and his sister Cheryl Sanners of Scottdale.
