He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Maze and Dorothy Nuhfer Maze; his siblings, Patricia Borland, Clifford, Kenneth and David Maze; and his grandson Colin Maze.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Whaley of Erie, Jack Maze (Cathy) of Whitney, TX, Jim Maze (Charlotte) of Tidioute, Ted Maze (Nancy) of Warren and Tim Maze (Steph) of Youngsville; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Brian, Trevor, Cody, Jodi and Melissa. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
