She was predeceased by: her father Frank Smith. She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Gary Martin (Nancy) of Great Falls, Montana, Dennis (Emily Boling) of Sevierville, Tenn, John Martin Jr. of Erie and Paul Slagle (Debbie) of North Warren; her brothers, Frank Smith (Debbie) of Ashboro, NC and Todd Smith (Jane) of Norfolk, VA; and her grandchildren, Brenden Martin (Michelle), Kahle Martin, Paul and Shawn Slagle. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family strongly suggests memorial donations in Sherryn's name be made to the Sugar Grove Methodist Church 210 Jamestown St. Sugar Grove, PA 16350.
