He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilard Fehlman and Genevieve Fehlman (Kuzminski); and his brothers, Richard and Charles Fehlman. He is survived by: his wife Chris Hemingway Fehlman; his children, Tracey Bingman (Rob) of Grand Valley, Amy Scarnati (Joe) of Brockway, Jason Fehlman, Samantha Skinner of Sugar Grove and Abigail Skinner of Erie; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Coll Dininny, Connor, Kylie Fehlman, Sean Bingman and Alexis Welch; his great grandchildren, Sutter Dininny, Ezra, Elsa and Eden Bingman; his brother James Fehlman of Pittsfield; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Warren General Hospital Cardio Rehab, 2 Crescent Park, Warren, or to the Warren Co. VA Emergency Fund 204 4th Ave. Warren, Pa. 16365.
