He was predeceased by: his parent Dewey Long. He is survived by: his parent Emily Long (Wheelhouse); his spouse Margaret V. Long (Naetzker); his children, Thomas R. Long (Julie) of Atlanta, GA, Robert L. Long of Pittsfield, PA, Deborah Jane Long Davey of Wilmington, NC, Rebecca Sue Andrew (Al) of Albemarle, NC, Richie Long, Julie Irons, Janey Johnson, Laura McCracken, David Long, Emily Andrew and Jay Andrew; his great grandchildren, Jack, Leo, Aubrey Irons, Jayla, Brayden and Paige Long; his former wife Betty Jane Brown Long; and his siblings, Dewey J. Long, Roderick Long, Hazel Long Tipton and Joyce Moffitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Pittsfield In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Rouse Home.
